Ahire is a leading provider of cloud-based recruiting software that helps companies manage and optimize their hiring processes.

As a Service Provider/Processor: When our customers (employers and recruiters) use our platform to manage their recruiting processes, they act as the data controller and we process data on their behalf according to their instructions. If you are a job candidate who applied through a company using Ahire, that company controls your data and you should contact them directly with privacy questions or requests.

As a Controller: We act as the data controller for information we collect directly from website visitors, our own job applicants, business contacts at customer and vendor organizations, and users who create accounts with us for their own job search purposes.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information where Ahire acts as a controller. For information processed on behalf of our customers, please refer to the privacy policy of the organization to which you applied or that contacted you.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
3.1 Information You Provide to Us

- Gmail Data: Email metadata and limited message content necessary to facilitate communication between recruiters and candidates, schedule interviews, and manage the recruitment workflow.
We access this Google user data solely to provide our recruiting platform functionality and in accordance with the limitations described in this Privacy Policy and Google's API Services User Data Policy.

6.2 Service Providers and Processors
We share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect your data, including:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers

- Payment processors

When we no longer need to use your information, we will take steps to securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.
